To everyone who commented on my last post and got no reply

I'm sorry I've not replied; basically I posted that, then went into fibro flare. Then we went to Edinburgh for a few days - most of which saw me being Not Much Fun at all due to the pain, although it was wonderful to spend time with tisme and see mab, 0olong, diotina and andrewducker and everyone else I met - and now we are home and I am still in flare and bloody knackered. So I'd like to say, I really appreciated everyone's comments and I'm sorry I haven't been able to answer them individually. Thank you all for being so supportive and not trying to tell me I could lose weight if I only tried harder.

Oooh, Edinburgh! I'm sorry you've not been feeling well, but it especially sucks when you're somewhere so beautiful, trying to do Fun things.

As for your body, it's difficult enough for many people trying to lose weight and that's for those without all the added troubles your body throws at you.
