I'm sorry I've not replied; basically I posted that, then went into fibro flare. Then we went to Edinburgh for a few days - most of which saw me being Not Much Fun at all due to the pain, although it was wonderful to spend time with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
tisme and see mab, 0olong, diotina and andrewducker and everyone else I met - and now we are home and I am still in flare and bloody knackered. So I'd like to say, I really appreciated everyone's comments and I'm sorry I haven't been able to answer them individually. Thank you all for being so supportive and not trying to tell me I could lose weight if I only tried harder.
