shiraphantARGH FUCKING HAYFEVER I NEED MORE SLEEP I CANNOT CARRY ON WITH THREE HOURS A NIGHT. I have caved in and called the doctor to make an appointment for something prescription. I am in their "triage" system now, apparently, and they will call me back later because I said I can't wait until next Wednesday for their first available appointment. I hate doing this but I need to be able to sleep. None of the OTC antihistamines work any more. Local honey doesn't work either. I have the windows shut and it makes no difference. This has been going on every year since 1999, and it was ok when I had to be up at 5.30 anyway to get to work, but it's a very long time since I have had to do that. I have got so much to do today and it's just not going to get done because I am so. knackered.
